UK News Poem (week 33): Rocks, nails and balls

UK News Poem (week 33): Rocks, nails and balls

A Spanish speaking country is confronting the Brits,
to return what it claims are its Rock(s), stones and bits,
Be it Spain, Argentina, they always pick the fight,
when problems at home gets too much media light,

Here, the Premier League’s started, kicking balls through the mud,
whilst in Oz, Abbott kicks the Lab-balls of(f) K. Rudd,
And Egypt’s ablaze, heck, they’re shooting there now,
as the spring that’s called Arab, calls curtain and bows,

And in Moscow, Bolt showed Gatlin nothing but(t) tail,
on a straight course, of course, with not one painted nail
